M3ST Ltd is a legitimate UK telecoms company
We are a registered business in England & Wales providing VoIP and SIP trunking services to enterprises and platform providers. If you received a call from one of our numbers, it was made through our network infrastructure on behalf of one of our clients.
đĸ Who is M3ST?
M3ST Ltd is a UK-based VoIP and telecoms provider. We supply SIP trunking, dynamic SIP trunks, and in-country telephony presence to businesses, enterprises, and platform providers across the UK and internationally.
We do not make sales calls directly to members of the public ourselves. However, our network infrastructure is used by our business clients to make outbound calls as part of their own operations. If you have received a call, it was made by one of our clients using our network.
đ Why did I receive a call from M3ST's network?
There are several legitimate reasons you may have received a call originating from our network:
- A business that uses our platform has attempted to contact you as part of their customer outreach, sales, or support activity
- You may have previously provided your contact details to one of our business clients
- You may be a customer, supplier, or contact of one of the businesses we provide services to
- An automated notification or reminder system operated by one of our clients has triggered a call to your number
đĄī¸ What M3ST will never ask you for
M3ST Ltd does not make unsolicited calls to members of the public. If you receive a call and the caller claims to be from M3ST directly, please be aware that we will never:
- Ask for your bank account details, card numbers, or financial information
- Ask for passwords, PINs, or online account credentials
- Ask you to transfer money or make a payment over the phone
- Ask you to install software or grant remote access to your device
- Threaten legal action or claim you owe money without prior written notice
- Pressure you to make an immediate decision
